Communicator of (last) Week

Over on the Dale & Co. mega blog I made George Papandreou my Communicator of the Week. He duly has been dumped as Greece's prime minister. I awarded him this prize however for his excellent speech to the Greek parliament which was hugely impactful and should ensure he leaves the post of prime minister with a better reputation than he might have done.
