Will Ken last the course?

As predicted earlier Ken Livingstone has been selected to run as the Labour Party's candidate for London Mayor. What I didn't post earlier was just how draining Ken clearly found the last election in 2008. In the last week of the campaign Ken was often late to early morning broadcast debates, failed to articulate his arguments succinctly and looked simply knackered by election night. He has had a couple of years to rest and recuperate but it will be interesting to see how he holds up during the coming campaign.
