Labour leader Ed Miliband has emerged from his paternity leave. He has just put a shirt on and conducted an interview outside his house about Lord Young on the BBC. He clearly hasn't felt that any other issue is of sufficient importance to break his paternity leave before now. He wasn't bothered to hold the Government to account at PMQs, or visit those suffering in Cornwall…but the lure of a political opportunity Tory bashing was just too much for him to let Hattie Harman take the limelight.
Shameless.
Mili has done himself no favours today. Looks v opportunistic. Just imagine him sat at home desperate to say something all day and then his delight as the BBC cameras turn up!
